"Good drinks, just a bit slow"
The servers were really nice, and the drinks came out quick overall. It did feel a little slow here and there, but nothing too bad... I’d probably still come back

"I’m usually the kind of person who..."
I’m usually the kind of person who pays close attention to extra fees and kind of tunes out the other details, so I was glad the resort fee here was clearly shown when I booked. No random surprise at check-in, and it didn’t feel over the top like some places. Overall, I was happy with that.

"Honestly tired of dealing with rooms like this"
The room just didn’t feel clean when I walked in. There was a weird smell, and the bathroom had hair around, which is always frustrating to see. I’m kind of tired of having to bring up basic cleanliness issues when staying somewhere. Disappointing overall.

I reached out to support expecting a quick reply, or at least some kind of update, but so far it’s just been silence. At first I was hopeful and figured they were just busy, but now it’s frustrating. I still need help, and not getting any response makes the whole experience feel really disappointing.

"Comfy, quiet room and a fair experience overall"
I stayed at Aquarius Casino Resort and, to be fair, the room was exactly what I was hoping for. The bed was soft, the pillows were comfortable, and it stayed nice and quiet at night, which I really appreciated. It wasn’t anything over-the-top fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, and I slept great. For what I needed, it felt like a fair and solid stay.

"River view wasn't really worth the extra cost"
I booked this place mainly because of the river view, so that was disappointing. From our room, we were mostly looking at the roof and part of the parking lot, and you could only see a tiny bit of water if you leaned over a certain way.

Maybe some of the other rooms have a better view, I don't know, but ours definitely didn't feel worth paying extra for. When we asked, the staff just said it was the room type, so... yeah. I wouldn't book again if the view is the main reason.

It was easy enough to find and close to most of the places I needed to get to. If location is your main priority, it does the job

"Did anyone else find the bed really uncomfortable?"
I’m not sure if it was just my room or if others had the same experience, but the bed was awful. It felt hard and lumpy, the pillows were flat, and I barely got any sleep. I woke up with a sore back, which was really disappointing and not at all what I expected from the stay.

"Pool was fine, just not very relaxing"
I stayed at Aquarius sometime in late spring, or maybe early summer, and went down to the pool a couple of times. It was okay overall — the water felt good, and the area seemed mostly clean. It was nice enough to sit in the sun for a bit and unwind.
The downside was that it got crowded and noisy, and finding open chairs was kind of a hassle. I did see staff around, but they didn’t seem to be checking on things too much. Not a bad pool, just not super relaxing or memorable. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Staff just didn’t feel very friendly"
The front desk felt cold when we checked in, like really cold and not very welcoming. The casino staff wasn’t much better either, we asked for help a couple times, and they barely answered, barely even looked interested.

"So, it got fixed after a bit of a wait"
so I had a problem with the charge on my room showing up wrong, and it took support a little while to get back to me. It wasn’t exactly the smoothest process, but they did end up fixing it, so I’m glad it got sorted in the end

Well... the room just didn’t feel very clean. It seemed old, a bit damp, and not all that comfortable to stay in.

"I figured getting in would be pretty..."
I figured getting in would be straightforward, but the parking situation made the whole visit annoying. The lot was confusing to navigate, and we ended up way farther from the entrance than I expected. It took way too long just to park and get inside, which started the visit off on the wrong note.

"Disappointed by the lack of open table games"
I went there mostly hoping to play some table games, but it was disappointing. When I walked around to check, barely anything was open, and the few tables that were running were completely packed. It felt like there were slot machines everywhere, but not much available for people who actually want to play cards or roulette. I ended up just standing around waiting and feeling like I wasted my trip. If table games are the main reason you’re going, I’d think twice. I left feeling frustrated and let down.

"Rewards are decent, but they feel a little calculated"
The rewards program is alright, but I wouldn’t say it’s anything amazing. I do get some free play here and there and the food discounts are nice when they line up with my visit, but the points seem to add up slowly unless you’re spending quite a bit. Maybe that’s the whole idea, to keep you coming back and playing more before anything really useful kicks in.

The staff at the desk explained everything clearly enough, so no complaints there. It’s just that the offers can be really hit or miss, and sometimes it feels like the better perks are kept just out of reach on purpose. Not a bad program overall, I just wish the rewards were easier to use and felt a little more worthwhile.

For the price, I think it’s a solid buy. It feels like a fair deal, and I appreciate when something actually gives you what you paid for without feeling like you’re being taken advantage of.

"Expected more for the price"
I was disappointed with the amenities here. Based on what we paid, I thought the basics would be a lot better. The pool was packed and didn’t feel very clean, the Wi-Fi kept cutting out, and the room felt dated. Even the elevators were painfully slow. It wasn’t the worst stay ever, but it definitely didn’t match what I expected. I probably wouldn’t choose this place again

"Thought I Knew the Price Until Checkout"
I was excited at first because the price looked reasonable, so I went ahead thinking everything was set. But as I got further along, a few extra fees started popping up that I hadn’t noticed before. By the time I saw the final total, it felt like the price had quietly changed on me. I wouldn’t have minded as much if those costs were clearer from the start, but finding out later was frustrating.

"A little noisy from what I remember"
From what I remember, it got a bit too noisy at night, which made it harder for me to fall asleep. Everything else was okay, but the nighttime noise is what stuck with me.
